With the aim of passing INSARAG (International Search and Rescue Advisory Group) classification, the next meetings were held with experts of Turkey which is the coordinating country for the urban search and rescue team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Within the visit program, meetings were held with members of the teams from the Ministry's Civil Defense Forces and Special Risky Rescue Services, their equipment, machinery and canine services were reviewed and evaluated.

They also got acquainted with curriculum and classrooms of the rescuer cadets’ of the Ministry's Academy. Preparing and training the urban search and rescue team to get harmonized with the rules to be applied in the future in INSARAG classification were the purposes of Turkish coordinators’ visit.
