Information of MES’s Press-service (video)

The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in an open area in the direction of Ashagi Goynuk and Palimet villages of Shaki district and Garadolag village of Gakh district.

In response to the information, the forces of the MES State Fire Protection Service were immediately deployed to the area.

Thanks to the necessary and urgent actions taken by firefighters, the fire that occurred in the complex mountainous terrain was extinguished without allowing its expansion or spread to a larger area, despite the windy weather conditions.

The surrounding areas were protected from fire.
