In order to ensure the fulfillment of 2.3 sub-paragraph of the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 13, 2007 № 650 «On making changes and amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On Improvement of Regulations of Granting Special Permissions (Licenses) for Some Types of Activities» of 2 September 2002 number 782» the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decrees:

1. To approve the «List of engineering-prospecting works as per buildings and structures with I and II level of responsibility according to the state standards», «List of works on building and structures design with I and II level of responsibility according to the state standards» and «List of civil and erection works as per buildings and structures with I and II level of responsibility according to the state standards» (Supplements № 1-3).

2. This Decree shall enter into force upon the day of signature.
