1.1 submit the regulations on bringing of relevant legislative acts in conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic «On Emergency Situation» to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.2 ensure bringing of normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and relevant central executive bodies in conformity with the present Law, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3 establish—under Article 15.2 of the present Law—the procedure for registration of personnel of relevant executive bodies, servicemen and other persons, who were involved in providing emergency situation, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.4 establish—under Article 20.1 of the present Law—the volume of resources set aside by government to eliminate the reasons, which have caused introducing the emergency situation, amount and procedure for providing financial and logistical support to the measures taken, including the procedure for social and indemnity payments to the citizens suffered from the events preceding the emergency situation, as well as actions about temporary evacuation of the people to safe places on account of other measures taken under the conditions of emergency situation, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.5 establish—under Article 22.1 of the present Law -the rules of remunerating the persons mobilized to carry out emergency-survival and other work, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.6 establish—under Article 22.2 of the present Law—the procedure for providing accommodation, reimbursement, employment and other necessary aid to the persons injured as a result of either preceding events or corresponding measures taken for elimination of the reasons for introducing the emergency situation, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.7 establish—under Article 22.3 of the present Law—the procedure for and amount of reparation to organizations, which have incurred expense and property damage, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.8 submit the proposals on executive bodies executing the powers of «relevant executive bodies» provided for in Articles 1, 2, 8.0.1., title and text of the article 10, Articles 11, 12.1, 12.2, 13.2.1, 13.3, 13.5, 15.1, 16.0, 17.2, 18.3, 21.1 and 28 of the present Law, and powers of the «relevant executive body» provided for in Article 12.2.5 to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.9 prepare and submit the draft of normative-legal act establishing types of responsibilities for violation of this Law to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;

1.10 resolve—within the limits of its powers—other issues resulted from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic «On Emergency Situation».

2.1 powers of the «relevant executive body» provided for in Articles 4.1, 5.1, 7, 8.0, 12.1, 13.1, 13.2.7, the second sentence of Article 13.4, Articles 14.1, 16.0, 17.1, first sentence of Article 13.7, the first and the second sentences of Article 18.2 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic «On Emergency Situation» are executed by President of Azerbaijan Republic;

2.2 powers of «relevant executive body» provided for in Articles 15.2, 20.1, 22.1, 22.2 и 22.3 of the present Law are executed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3 powers of «relevant executive body» provided for in Articles 30.1, 30.2 и 31 of the present Law are executed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic;
