According to the information received by the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), 1 person was left helpless behind a closed door in an apartment in Sabail district of Baku city. The relevant forces of the Ministry's Special Risky Rescue Service were involved in the address. As a result of the activities carried out, the body of one person was handed over to the relevant authorities.
