The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a person remained helpless behind the closed door in an apartment in Surakhani district of Baku city.

The relevant rescue forces of the MES Special Risky Rescue Service were involved in the address.

As a result of the rescue activities, the person found in a weak condition was handed over to the relevant authorities.
