Over the past day, 2 operations were carried out by the rescue forces of the Special Risky Rescue Service and Baku Regional Center of the Ministry based on the appeals received by the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding being left helpless behind locked doors in Baku city. As a result of the activities carried out, 2 people were rescued.
