MES Southern Regional Center held exercise (photo)

The Southern Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an exercise on the topic of "Ensuring the safety of people in water bodies" on the Caspian Sea coast of Astara district.

The aim of the exercise was to further improve the practical skills of rescuers in conducting rescue operations in cases of drowning, as well as providing first aid.

During a simulated drowning incident that occurred in an exercise session attended by employees of relevant agencies, rescuers "rescued the victims and provided first aid" before handing them over to the relevant authorities.

Following the successful completion of the exercise, the results were discussed and relevant instructions were assigned.
