The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in a vehicle carrying fuel near the Baku International Bus Station Complex in Binagadi district, Baku city.

In response to the information, the forces of the MES State Fire Protection Service were immediately involved in the site.

Thanks to the quick intervention of firefighters, the fire that broke out in the cabin of a “Mercedes” model vehicle with thirty-one tons of diesel fuel in its trailer was extinguished in a short time, preventing it from spreading to the fuel tank and causing serious consequences.

The cabin of the vehicle burned down as a result of the fire.

No injuries were reported.

The fuel tank filled with fuel on the vehicle's trailer was protected from the fire.
