Immediately after the crash of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, a group of experienced psychologists, doctors and rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, equipped with the necessary means, was sent to the city of Aktau on a BE-200 CS amphibious aircraft belonging to the MES.
In accordance with the tasks set, emergency psychological assistance is provided by the Ministry's psychologists to the affected persons, as well as medical aid by doctors if necessary.
Also, appropriate activities are taken by the Ministry's rescuers in the area where the accident occurred.
