Capital Construction Department is a body which provides organization of re-establishment and repair of construction works of buildings and installations for Ministry’s needs and their exploitation in accordance with their assignments and generally accepted norms, ensures safety in construction within its own competences, provides department’s participation in fulfilling control function on issues of department’s competence, provides development of department’s activity fields.
