Over the past day, 2 operations were carried out by the rescue forces of the Ministry's Special Risky Rescue Service based on the appeals received by the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding being left helpless behind closed doors in Baku city. As a result of the activities carried out, 1 person was rescued, and 1 person was provided with appropriate assistance.
