The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a ring was stuck on a person's finger in Nizami district of Baku city. The relevant rescue forces of the Ministry's Special Risky Rescue Service were involved in the address. As a result of rescue operations carried out with the participation of a medical team, the ring was properly removed.

Over the past day, 2 operations were carried out by the rescue forces of the Baku Regional Center of the Ministry based on the appeals received by the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding being left helpless behind locked doors in Baku city. As a result of the activities carried out, 3 children were recued.
