MES holds seminar for psychologists of educational and medical facilities

The Main Department for Organization of Activities on Elimination of Consequences of Emergencies and the Baku Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations co-organized seminar on the themes "Providing psychological first aid during emergencies" and "Psychological rehabilitation and self-management rules" at the Sabunchu Youth House in Baku.

The employees of Main Department for Organization of Activities on Elimination of Consequences of Emergencies, Medical Service and Baku Regional Center attended the seminar.

The goal of the seminar for psychologists working in Baku's educational and medical facilities was to improve their ability to function under challenging circumstances while also establishing mutual professional activity.

Making a keynote speech, the Deputy Head of the MES Baku Regional Center, Major Vusal Mammadzade spoke about the importance of the seminar and wished success to the participants.

Then, the employees of the Ministry gave detailed information to the participants of the seminar on the topics of "Psychological trauma", "Psychological rehabilitation and self-management rules," and "Providing psychological first aid".

The questions of the participants were answered in the seminar, which continued in the form of interactive discussions.
