MES Mughan Regional Center held civil defense training sessions

The Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations organized civil defense training session of the head staff on the topic of "Organization of management of civil defense bodies and forces during the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations" at the Sabirabad district Hygiene and Epidemiology Center. It also conducted civil defense training session with the non-militarized territorial civil defense teams of the Salyan district on warning and gathering.

The aim of the training sessions was to assess the preparedness of the head and commander-in-chief staff for emergency situations, to enhance their knowledge and skills in this field, to check the readiness of the territorial civil defense forces to respond promptly to emergencies, to coordinate joint actions in crisis situations and to develop practical skills among personnel in carrying out warning and gathering.

The activities related to notifying the non-militarized territorial civil defense teams about an emergency, mobilizing them upon the warning assembly signal, marching to the assembly point, and organizing assembly and management were tested during the events. In addition, reports concerning functional duties were heard.

Following the successful completion of the training sessions, the results were discussed, and relevant instructions were issued.
