MES Mughan Regional Center holds seminar-conference

The Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a seminar-conference dedicated to the issues of organizing mutual activities between the Regional Center and local institutions with the view of protecting the population and territories from dangerous accidents at the Imishli District Executive Authority.

Employees of the MES Mughan Regional Center and other agencies of the Ministry operating in the region, officials of the Executive Authority, members of the district Emergency Situations Commission, representatives of the administrative area, heads of municipalities, appropriate departments and organizations attended the seminar-conference.

The aim of the seminar-conference was to study the current situation of the organization of mutual activities between the local executive and self-government bodies, service spheres, and institutions of the MES operating in the region during the prevention of emergency situations and elimination of the consequences, implementation of emergency rescue, and other urgent measures, as well as discuss the work done, problems, and ways of their solution.

The importance of the topic was discussed, and mutual action plans agreed upon between the MES Mughan Regional Center and the departments and enterprises operating in the region were analyzed at the event.

Photo slides were shown by the employees of the Center about the results of the monitoring carried out at different times in the region during the seminar-conference.

The proposals of the event participants were heard and questions were answered at the end of the event.
