MES Northern Regional Center held exemplary lesson and civil defense training

The Northern Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an exemplary lesson on "Organization of population protection during emergencies" at the Guba branch of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and an exemplary civil defense training of the head staff on "Organization of management of civil defense bodies and forces during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies" at the Siyazan Main Gas Pipeline area of ​​SOCAR's "Gas Export Department".

The aim of the events was to check the operational emergency response readiness of the territorial civil defense forces, coordinate joint actions in crisis situations, improve the knowledge and skills of the commander-in-chief's staff in management, and develop practical warning and assembly skills among the personnel.

The activities related to notifying the non-militarized territorial civil defense teams about an emergency, mobilizing them upon the warning assembly signal, marching to the assembly point, and organizing assembly and management were tested during the events. In addition, reports concerning functional duties were heard.

After the successfully implemented exemplary lesson and training, the results were discussed and relevant instructions were given.
