Academy of Ministry of Emergency Situations announces cadets’ admission (video)
Cadet admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year at the bachelor’s degree level at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been announced.
The Academy offers two faculties: "Life Safety Engineering" and "Fire Safety Engineering."
The duration of the education is 4 years. Education is free of charge, full-time, and conducted in Azerbaijani.
Cadets at the Academy have access to training facilities, specialized classrooms, laboratories, and subject-specific rooms, all equipped with modern equipment.
Food, uniforms, accommodation, and scholarships will be provided to the cadets.
Graduates of the Academy will receive a "bachelor's" higher professional degree in their chosen specialty, military or special ranks, and will be assigned to relevant positions within the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Applicants must meet the following criteria: be at least 170 cm tall, have completed secondary education or be in their final year of secondary school, be 17 years old by September 15, 2025, have completed active military service and been discharged into the reserve, and not exceed 23 years of age as of September 15, 2025. They must also be citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The admission exams will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will cover the subjects of the final exams. The second stage will be held on subjects from the first specialty group by the State Examination Center.
Documents will be accepted from March 3 to April 15 (excluding weekends and holidays), from 10:00 to 17:00, at the MES Academy (address: Elman Gasimov street 8, Hovsan settlement, Surakhani district, Baku).
Additionally, the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will accept applications for "Repeated Higher Education" type of additional education in the specialties of "Life Safety Engineering" and "Fire Safety Engineering.".
