Information of MES’s Press-service
The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about the drowning of 1 person in an unsupervised area of the sea called "Dachnik" in Bilgah settlement, Sabunchu district of Baku city, 3 km from the nearest rescue station.
In response to the information, divers and rescuers of the MES State Service for Control over Small-Sized Vessels and Water Rescue were immediately involved in the search.
Currently, searches are being carried out in the areas where the citizen, Amirov Rahman Mazahim oglu, born in 2003, is believed to have drowned.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations once again appeals to citizens to strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations, including not swimming in unsupervised non-beach areas, as well as not entering the sea in windy weather.
