Information of MES’s Press-service (video)

The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a person remained helpless behind the closed door in an apartment on Azadlig avenue, Binagadi district, Baku city.

The rescuers of the MES Special Risky Rescue Service were involved in the address.

Rescuers entered the apartment on the 5th floor of the sixteen-story residential building from the balcony using special climbing equipment and rescued the person.
