MES Mughan Regional Center holds exercise

The Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an exercise on the theme "Rescuing injured from high-rise buildings."

The aim of the exercise was to enhance the knowledge and skills of rescuers in organizing and executing rescue operations, assessing operational conditions, conducting reconnaissance, rescuing injured individuals from high-rise buildings, as well as to improve management skills during rescue operations.

During the exercise, rescuers conducted operational reconnaissance in accordance with operational conditions in a building damaged by simulated accident and evacuated the 'injured' individuals they discovered, provided 'first aid,' and successfully completed other tasks.

In the end, the results of the exercise were discussed and appropriate instructions were given.
