MES Mughan Regional Center held exercise (video, photo)
The Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations organized an exercise on the topic of "Organization of search and rescue operations and ensuring safety during the elimination of the consequences of serious road traffic accidents and drowning incidents".
The exercise involved the equipment and personnel of the Mughan Regional Center and the Mughan diving and search group of the State Service for Control over Small-Sized Vessels and Water Rescue of the MES, and the Emergency Medical Aid Station of the public legal entity "Salyan Central District Hospital".
The aim of the exercise was to further enhance practical skills in organizing and conducting rescue operations, including carrying out search-and-rescue operations in traffic accidents and drowning incidents, and providing first aid.
During the exercise, "injured were rescued from simulated deformed vehicles," and "a person in danger of drowning" was recovered from the water, provided "first aid," and then handed over to the appropriate authorities.
Following the successful exercise, the results were discussed, and relevant instructions were given.
