The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about the discovery of ammunition in Shahbuz district.

In response to the information, pyrotechnics of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were immediately deployed to the scene.

After appropriate security measures were taken in the area together with law enforcement officers, it was determined that, the ammunition discovered during the inspection of the scene was a control engine of an "RPG-7" anti-tank grenade launcher.

The ammunition was removed from the area and taken away by pyrotechnics for neutralization.
