Next practical and educational event held at MES Academy

Main Department for Organization of Activities with Regional Centers, Project Management and Educational Affairs organized next practical and educational event at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency.

The event was attended by the Head of the MES Academy, Major General Baba Salayev, the Head of the State Service for Control over Small-Sized Vessels and Water Rescue, Internal Service Major General Rufat Faradov, the Head of the Department of Main Department for Organization of Activities with Regional Centers, Project Management and Educational Affairs Azadi Guliyev, employees of the Main Department and cadets.

Making a keynote speech, the Head of the Academy Baba Salayev, spoke about the importance of the meeting and expressed his confidence that such events would make a significant contribution to the comprehensive training of the cadets. The Head of the Academy emphasized that the combination of theoretical knowledge with practical experience was one of the main priorities of the educational process, and that such meetings would play an important role in preparing the cadets for service, forming their professional outlook, and developing their rapid decision-making skills.

Then, the Head of the State Service for Control over Small-Sized Vessels and Water Rescue, Internal Service Major General Rufat Faradov, made a speech and gave a detailed information about the directions of the Service's activities. He noted that the Service implements important measures to ensure the safe operation of small-sized vessels in the internal sea and territorial waters, rivers, reservoirs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as to provide the safety of people at beaches and coastal public recreation areas. He also spoke about the necessary safety measures carried out by the Service this year in preparation for the beach season.

The event highlighted the importance of professional personnel training in the field of small-sized vessel operation and safety at water facilities, and the cadets were informed about modern approaches and safety measures in this area.

During the interactive event, the cadets demonstrated active participation, and their questions were answered in detail.
