MES State Fire Protection Service held fire-tactical exercise in Ganja city (video, photo)

The State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an exercise on the theme "Rules of behavior and evacuation during emergencies" in the "Nizami Ganjavi" museum of Ganja city.

The relevant personnel and equipment of the MES were involved in the exercise. The aim of the exercise was to instill in the staff of the museum the rules of behavior in case of emergencies, including fires, as well as to further improve the activities of fire protection units in case of possible fires at such facilities.

In the theoretical part of the exercise, the museum staff was provided with detailed information about the necessary rules of behavior during emergencies, including fires, and evacuation measures, and their questions were answered.

In the practical part of the exercise, after the "Alarm" signal was given regarding a simulated fire, the fire protection units of the State Fire Protection Service promptly arrived at the scene and began "fire fighting" measures. In accordance with the evacuation plan in the museum where the simulated fire occurred, employees were evacuated to a safe place, "first aid" was provided to the simulated injured, and the "fire was extinguished in a short time".

A total of 20 employees and 4 units of equipment were involved in the exercise.

After the successfully conducted exercise, the results obtained were discussed, and relevant tasks were assigned.
